Don't expect to get what you pay for. They may refuse to correct any errors and terminate your contract. They may require you sign a gag order before your money is returned. Even my neighbor's fence builder knew better than to use reicherts markers. Now I am stuck with incorrect monuments as they have refused to remove them.

In addition to being absolute experts in their field, they are such a nice people. I know they are swamped And working really long hours. But they're so polite and friendly and helpful!!! I have confidence because I know I'm in really good hands with them.
