Silverstone, Inc. is a privately held corporation with our corporate office based in Omaha, NE. We specialize in all "Off-the-road" tires, wheels, mounted tire/wheel assemblies and rubber tracks. Our tire and wheel solutions support a wide range of industries, from agriculture, construction and industrial to ATV/RTV, Lawn & Garden and all "Off-The-Road" markets.
Since 1997, when the doors of Silverstone, Inc. opened, we have consistently achieved outstanding sales growth. Our growth was achieved through remarkable results attained by our customers in their markets. These results were the direct result of the strategies and synergies realized through a unique business relationship developed with each company.
If you believe you have a claim for warranty, contact an Silverstone, Inc. Customer Service Representative to receive a Warranty Claim Form. Please note: the replacement product will be invoiced at the replacement billing price. Upon approval of a warranty claim, a credit memo will then be issued to the customer for the amount of the warranty, unless otherwise specified in this warranty statement.
Shipping Charges - All prices are F.O.B. Silverstone, Inc. shipping facility unless otherwise noted. Customers will be notified of any extra charges for packaging of products for shipment. Returns - All products returned require prior authorization and are subject to a restocking charge. Custom made products - Customers are responsible for merchandise built to their specifications.
Silverstone, Inc. has no control over the end use or application of its products. Should something go wrong with parts purchased from Silverstone, Inc. within a period of ONE YEAR from the date of invoice, Silverstone, Inc. will replace or repair the parts based on satisfactory proof of defective workmanship or material.
