Spirit of Dance Company is a Dance Studio located in Cartersville, GA. It was founded in 2000 by Ms. Tanecia Weems. We offer dance instruction in a number of dance disciplines, including: Ballet, Tap, Lyrical/Contemporary, Jazz, Praise, Hip-Hop, and Tumble. We also specialize in choreographing special dances for events such as Quinceaneras and Bat Mitzvah's.
Along with classes at the studio, Spirit of Dance Company also hosts Church Dance Programs, Creative Movement, Dance, and After School Dance programs at multiple Daycare and Elementary Schools. Ms. Tanecia received her training in Atlanta, GA at Atlanta Ballet, Gotta Dance Company, and Dancical Productions.

Services
What to wear: Dancers can wear whatever is comfortable to move in. If you'd like to put on leotard and tights to have some "normalcy" during this time, feel free! If you want to wear yoga pants and a t-shirt, that is fine too. Please avoid super short shorts (because we can see you at home) and baggy pants (because we can't offer any corrections without seeing your legs).
Spirit of Dance Company prefers to have students wear dance apparel that will not be distracting to the dancer or his/her classmates. For this reason, . Please refer to the following list to know what your child is required to wear during dance class. The Dress Code List does not have any shoes styles just the color we prefer for your dance to wear to class.
