Our Programming is made possible with the support of the Perrin Family Foundation, the William Casper Graustein Memorial Fund, Liberty Bank Foundation and the Department of Economic Community Development. The Block completely changed my son's life. For so long, he was hiding behind his disability but participating in this program helped him discover his immense creativity.
Because of The Block, he is so confident and independent. I participate in the Block's programs because they help aid me in becoming a better poet and writer. In addition to this, I believe that Writer's Block Ink is an exceptional organization where I can influence the community and better my creative abilities.

Services
They have bought out the best in him through dance, singing, and acting. I thank God every year that this program is around because it keeps him safe and off streets. SO MANY OF THEM! Juanita, Kolton and other people from the Block were able to create with young people, introduce hard topics, and engage in ways that are innovative and new.
