I needed a passenger rear window replaced last year after a weed eater blew it up with a pebble. I dropped my car off at Auto Glass and it was repaired in only a couple hours. I didn't expect them to clean all of the glass from the interior, but it was all gone when I picked the vehicle up. They couldn't have more professional during the entirety of the process.
I never had a reason to roll that window down until about a month ago and noticed it was making a crunching noise. It sticks in the down position and I'm assuming there's possibly some glass in the track. So

I have had some work done by Glass Specialist in the past and saw that they had opened a second store awhile back. When my vehicle was in need of a replacement windshield I decided to try Auto Glass Direct. Called John and within a few minutes had everything setup. Showed up to appointment and they had me done in no time. I can say the work was top notch and like always very professional and friendly.
