I would recommend A1 if you need a dumpster! They are the cheapest that I could find, they delivered my dumpster on the day that was scheduled. I used the online form to order a dumpster and it was quick and easy. I had a change of plans and needed the dumpster longer, and they were extremely accommodating and rescheduled my pickup time with ease and generosity. Not sure how they could have made this experience better.

We ordered a dumpster and told them it was needed ASAP. The drop off was a day late then scheduled. When i called to check on the status, a guy said he would check with the drivers and get back to me if he could get one delivered but never returned my phone call. Then when the driver dropped off, he rubbed up against the tree branches and took out a few leaves and smaller branches . When he came to pick up, the driver broke off multiple tree branches! These were larger tree branches that even my neighbors heard snap. They seen the whole thing unfold. The driver acted as if he didn’t see or hear

I was told multiple times over the phone that the 15 yard dumpster I was renting was quoted with 4 tons. Which is why I went with A1 over competitors. I was then charged (without prior warning) an over-weight charge of almost $200. My dumpster was 3.8 tons. I emailed the representative and he informed me that 15 yard dumpsters only come with 2 tons. Which is almost double the price of their competition (I called 5-6 other local companies before going with A1). I asked why I would book them for more money if I wasn't told I'd be getting 4 tons. I was ignored. I then emailed them back again

Great people, service and best prices in the metro area. I rented a 15Y Dumpster for a week and realized it wasn't enough time for my schedule. I called them asking if possible to keep it for more days, they extended the time for a few more days with no extra charge. You guys rock👍🏼

Please believe me when I say that this company does not have the basic integrity that you'd expect every customer-focused business to have. My experience talking to the company representatives and company owner were nothing short of enraging.
I was driving down the highway behind one of their dumpster trucks and, out of nowhere, three wooden planks flew out of the top of their truck and hit the front of my car, leaving me with a broken headlight, scraped and dented bumper, and a large scratch on my hood. The driver did not notice and went on driving away. I called A1 Rolloffs to ask them

This company is horrible and will never ever use them again. I initially called on a Wednesday and said I would like a Dumpster for Friday the lady stated Friday is full but I can have one dropped off Thursday and picked up on Friday. I stated that would be great since we have other projects going on did not want a Dumpster sitting all weekend. Well that was the end of my good service they didn't pick up Friday that following Monday 05/11/2020 I called and asked will it picked up she stated they were busy and that it could be sitting until Wednesday. I stated to her I was told twice that

I had a 30 yard dumpster from them for about a week at my home in St. Michael. The truck that came to pick up, left oil all over my driveway and our street. Not a little leak a large leak. I called quickly after they left. They wanted documentation...not just taking me at my word and quickly resolving the issue. When I sent the pictures in, 5 hours later the same driver returned. Haphazardly cleaned my driveway, but in turn left more oil leaking all over the street. As it stands my drive and street, where my kids actively play, are still covered in oil.

I inquired about the cost of a 30 yard dumpster and what we were going to put in it. After calling around we went with A-1. We received a 40 yard dumpster and were charged for it when we ordered a 30 yard. After they picked it up I received a phone call that we were going to be charged an additional $25 for each mattress that we threw in the dumpster. I was never told about the additional charge upfront when we talked about what I was using it for. Total rip off!! This is my first dumpster rental but I would not recommend them. Bad service.

I will NOT be working with this company again. If I could, I would give them negative stars. I called over the weekend, and scheduled a dumpster delivery for yard waste. They said one would arrive either Monday or Tuesday, but despite MULTIPLE phone calls to the company, they never called me back and never told me when the dumpster would arrive. After calling again this afternoon (Tuesday), someone finally told me that they had mistakenly gotten the wrong credit card number and that my dumpster would not be arriving today. I placed an order for the dumpster with this company, then checked out reviews. Never will I do that again. I called to cancel the order the same day I placed it and was told I'd be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Fine, we'll go ahead with them.
THEN, we received the wrong sized dumpster and were charged more than what they quoted me. When I called to complain the girl was extremely rude and told me it was all in the contract (which I didn't receive until the bill came).
