As a Chef, my passion is to keep up with new trends, blending flavors, and creating new presentations. I also love when guests try new foods. I introduce new trends and/or ingredients and blend them into something they're familiar with. For example, my Spicy Chocolate Sauce is a blend of the familiar (chocolate) and new (chili spice) and makes for a very interesting, yet unexpected sauce for fruit displays.

Had them cater a party for 80 people after getting a recommendation from a friend. The food was not very good and there was very little food for the amount of people I had .and the amount I paid!! Some party goers left to eat and come back. I complained to the owner but never heard a word back. Would not recommend!!!!!!!

This is in regards to an aviation order placed December 27 at Atlantic Aviation by aircraft N894JW. THE FOOD WAS FABULOUS!! Even though it was extremely last minute, you were able to really create amazing dishes aaaaaand even find dry ice. Myself and the pilots enjoyed the breakfast burritos but ended up serving the lunch and dinner to the passengers because of a misunderstanding with the catering they ordered. They too really appreciated and l loved your food. The sauce for the snapper as well as the snapper was delicious!
