Services
There are a few different types of Asphalt Repairs that will make your high traffic areas or weathered parking lots look like the road less traveled. This is the most common repair performed for distressed asphalt areas. This repair involves removing the damaged section of asphalt and replacing it with new asphalt that is equal to or greater in depth than the existing asphalt was.
You can add value to your home or building simply by making the outside areas feel more cozy and inviting. We can help set the tone of your property by making the ground stand out. Whether you need design work done or have and idea in mind, we can take your outdoor space to the next level. Concrete has come a long way from its well-known use as a sidewalk.
We can take your untouched parcel of land and turn it into a fully functional and beautiful asphalt oasis. We handle multiple aspects of residential and commercial building needs. We can help facilitate with underground utilities, slabs, curbs, retaining walls, block walls, sidewalks, and planters.
It is critical that the soil be properly stabilized before the first granule of asphalt is ever placed. Sinkholes or buildings that are shifting or sinking are due to poor soil quality beneath the surface. We have proven ways of reinforcing the soil with fabric, aggregate base or concrete to fix an unstable subgrade.
You call it an unfinished parking lot, we call it a blank canvas. Let us paint your parking stall lines, directional arrows or lines, curbs, and ADA lines. Striping not only puts the finishing touches on your parking lot, it is needed for safety and easy flow through the parking lot. We can also provide the corresponding poles and posts with signage to make your parking lot a breeze to navigate.

They were not ready when the concrete arrived, some workers were not on site and did not have the reinforcing steel in place when the pour began. As a result the concrete driver and pump operator had to add water to the concrete mix in order to keep it from setting up in the truck. this causes the concrete to lose long term strength.

American Asphalt just finished making a mess of resurfacing driveways, guest parking areas and access roads in our complex in Solana Beach. From day one these morons were behind schedule and through poor communication of their schedules inconvenienced everyone in the whole community. The new asphalt looked okay in our driveway and guest parking area until some idiot decided to spread sand over the entire surface supposedly to stop tire tracks marking the surface. They left the sand there for over a week and of course it was blowing into our garage and we were dragging it into our house. My wife contacted

Road does not have real cross streets and that's where she was telling me to park. I went to go tell her a coldasac street off of Soledad Mtn. Road and could not see the sign visibly, she then told me how at her house she could see it perfectly fine... And I had to go on my phone to get the name, when she was already looking at a map. After I was finished I politely said thank you so much and NO RESPONSE, AT ALL, period (she hung up). I then called back to
