The workers here are very nice. They're very advanced as far as the check in process & such. They were patient and attentive towards my kids and the office was very clean. Located in a plaza which makes parking easy and I've always had good luck making appointments here even if sometimes it's a bit last minute. All the staffs are very nice here, definitely recommend ! I also really appreciate they have a little playroom for the kiddos which makes it easier for me cause my youngest can play in there while we tend to my oldest and vice versa

Great experience from front office to back. Dr. Syed took his time explaining to me my treatment/plan and kept me numb to ALL the pain (that's 5 stars alone). I still have more work to do but confident I found the right team. I look forward to a better smile. I was nervous at first; Being a new patient and this being a new practice- you dont really know what to expect. I never read or write reviews... but at ease now that I know what to expect and everyone is so nice, professional and friendly. And the office is clean by the way (that's major points)!!!

DIOGENES, I HAVE FOUND YOUR HONEST MAN. HE HAS A DENTAL OFFICE IN SKOKIE. Diogenes was an ancient Greek philosopher, remembered for his futile search for an honest man. I got an estimate from a large dental chain that does a lot of advertising. I got a second opinion from Dr. Syed for a bit less than ONE-THIRD of the big chain's price. He did the repair several months ago, so perfectly that I quickly forgot all about it. My new dentist, hooray!

Dental Matters their service is all in the name from the moment you walk in you are made to feel very comfortable yet the setting it very futuristic and upscale however you immediately feel welcomed. Within… minutes my papers were signed digitally,and I was escorted to my room. I am a claustrophobic and there open room set yet still private was a perfect fit for me. The nurses and the doctor were very professional and I would definitely recommend Dental Matters to anyone if they accept you insurance or you want to pay out of pocket.Looking for a great dentist office stop now and give them

I have never been in a dentist office that made me feel more comfortable. The office staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I went for the first time a few months ago for a root canal and loved the customer service as well as the treatment. I love that they are a one stop shop. The prices are super affordable, the equipment is brand new and the facility is immaculate. I will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at Dental Matters. The staff, hygienist, and dentist were all kind, skilled, and efficient. The office is clean and sleek, and their equipment is cutting edge. I called with an urgent need a couple weeks back, and they were able to schedule an appointment the same day. I came back the next week for a regular cleaning and x-rays. I am so glad to have found Dental Matters, and will be using them for all dental needs going forward.

If I could rate this office something beyond 5 stars I definitely would! First off, the office atmosphere is AMAZING. Very modern and serene. They have drinks located in the lobby (water, juice packs etc...). They also have a TV in every "room". They have a children's play area so it's nice for kids who have to come to appointments with their parents.
The staff is extremely friendly and all smiles and willing to help answer questions and explain procedures and costs. Dr. Syed was so gentle and very thorough. I cannot praise him enough! He made my extractions very comfortable

Just got one side of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. And I don't feel any pain today already!!! No swollen or infections so far. I was so afraid of doing it, but the process wasn't that scary. Doctor Mazher Syed was so professional and patient and nice! The whole office was nice! They've got this happy, relaxing vibe! And their interiors so fancy! My favorite Tiffany blue! Will go back for my other side of wisdom teeth extraction!

Dental Matters is a clean, modern, and pleasant dental office. I looked them up last minute because my insurance was expiring at the end of the month, and they fit me in within 2 business days. I don't think I've ever had such a nice time going to the dentist! The hygienist is really sweet, the dentist is friendly and approachable, and the staff is super helpful and competent. They even have some lightweight equipment that makes checkup xrays much more comfortable and faster than the old fashioned machines that most offices use. I honestly can't think of one bad thing to say!

Dr. Syed is the best!!!! I mean really the best! I have never been to a dentist so patience, kind, and respectful!!! He is knowledgeable and efficient. He made sure I understood everything regarding my dental goals and plan. The office is so clean and modern. The hygienist Jane is so gentle. Every time I go I have a great experience. I went in for the first time with my 3 year old who had teeth decay due to the bottle. I was super nervous but Dr. Mazher Syed and his staff were patient with us and helped us out. I went back for my teeth and had fillings done and my teeth whitened! Each experience at Dental Matters has been amazing and I have made my family switch their dentist to Dr. Mazher Syed and they are happy they did!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Syed and his staff. The staff at the front desk is so helpful and polite. The office is very clean and organized, especially with all this COVID chaos, they make safety and cleanliness a priority. Dr. Syed is very knowledgable and takes his time to explain procedures and answer any questions I have. Their office has the latest technology and equiptment.

Dr. Syed is an excellent and incredibly gentle dentist!
Dr. Syed listened and answered all my questioned, he did not recommend unnecessary dental procedures that many other dentist had talked to me about.
For example, I have a "temporary" crown from childhood.My prior dentist have tried talking me into replacing the crown at quite a high expense to my pocketbook. Dr. Syed has consistently discouraged me from removing the crown since I've had no problems with the crown to date. I have a great deal of respect for Dr. Syed and her staff. Dr. Syeds dental office is also very beautiful
