Christian and Matt are amazing!!! They were super helpful and accommodating. Christian answered all my questions and concerns in a timely matter, which left me feeling confident in AquaVita. I have asked for the data (i.e. ppm, chlorine, alkalinity... the basics) many times and required they notify me before performing anything beyond regular maintenance and they continue to charge huge amounts for services I don't need. They think they own your spa and can charge you outrageous fees for cleaning, water and filter changes arbitrarily and claim "it was really dirty and needed it". Sorry, but that's up to the customer to decide based on DATA and you need to provide data before you charge me hundreds of dollars for services you cannot prove I require.

I purchased a spa this summer from Aqua Vita and they have serviced my spa ever since. The whole purchasing process was very smooth. They have been very helpful every time I have called in with a question or have needed help. I would highly recommend them. They keep my spa in great shape, the only thing I have to worry about is getting out there to enjoy it.

Please be aware of prices and extra charges before purchasing from this company. A visit to service your spa is $155 for the first half-hour and $155 for each hour after that. To haul away an old spa is $675. Compare prices on parts that can be ordered online, as opposed to the prices you are being charged from this company. Just do your homework. Update (Nov. 8, 2018): This has been resolved by the company. They reached out and were very fair and respectable, and I appreciate their professionalism. Over the years that we were a customer, they were always very thorough and helpful with repairs
