I highly recommend their family optometry, they do excellent work and have friendly staff the examination was very thorough this is an excellent place for anyone of any age that needs an eye exam I personally had glasses made within an hour my examination was over and I had a new pair of glasses picked out and ready to fill I highly recommend for the Wichita and Newton areas of Kansas thank you

Dr. Baier is one who is one who knows what he is doing to get you seeing right. He knows how to listen and answer any questions. No rush to get you in and out in 10 minutes. Ashley doing pre-checks and things so good. Ladies setting you up for a new pair: 8 stars 🌟. I'm glad I have a local Dr. And someone I know.

I liked Dr. Baier, he was informative and complete in his exam.
My issue is with one of the staff. As soon as I walked in she went into an issue with my insurance and how much time she spent with it. Wasn't my fault and I misunderstood a text sent to me. Finally had to say I can just leave until insurance resolved. While I was on the phone with insurance she continued to expand on it.
Then after the exam, they had a very small and lackluster selection of frames and very few in my size. She then asked what I was interested in and after not really finding anything I was told point blank this was
