I needed a cover for the entrance to the crawl space under the house. I sent Pro Form photos and dimensions and they responded promptly with a cost estimate and the metal and gauge they recommended. When I agreed, they first sent me a drawing for approval, then fashioned the cover in less than the 2 weeks estimated. Their attention to detail was impressive and the welding was excellent. The 12 gauge cover has a sturdy handle they created and a sturdy hinge that goes the full length of the side. The cover was finished with black paint to prevent rust. They even provided the washers for the hinges
