Good Shepherd Lutheran Services is a non-profit, faith-based organization providing all generations in our area with unique health, housing and personal care services. Good Shepherd has expanded its facilities beyond the Nursing Home to include housing services in the Good Shepherd Senior Apartment Complex and the Bremmer Suites Assisted Living facility.

Child Care Center, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Assisted Living Suites, Good Shepherd Senior Apartments and Primary Nursing Care are all part of Good Shepherd's services. Services
The purpose of Good Shepherd Child Care is to provide quality programs and excellent care to children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Our program is unique in that it is run in a Christian facility with a nursery school atmosphere. Good Shepherd Child Care is a licensed center offering qualified staff and a state approved curriculum that is designed to meet your child's emotional, social, intellectual and physical needs.
The Good Shepherd Senior Apartments are located on the Good Shepherd Campus in Rushford, MN. The apartments are HUD (Housing and Urban Development) subsidized units for people aged 62 and older or those with documented disabilities. All rent amounts are based on income and are configured yearly. There are 32 one-bedroom apartments.
Bremmer Suites, located on the Good Shepherd Campus, is a beautiful Assisted Living facility. Bremmer Suites offers fifteen individual modern suites. Each suite features a kitchenette, extra-large handicapped-accessible bathroom and shower, three closets and a large picture window. All residents are provided with weekly cleaning and laundry service.
Established in 1965 as a non-profit nursing home, the Good Shepherd Lutheran Home features a Primary Nursing Care program, a consistent assignment-of-care approach to resident care that provides permanent staff assignments to assure trust and positive relationships between residents, families, and caregivers.
Residents have a choice of four room sizes, including private and double rooms, to meet their individual needs. A Licensed Social Worker assists and supports residents and their families during the residents' arrival, throughout their stay, and during the discharge process. Hospice and palliative care is provided to meet resident and family needs during the resident's end-of-life phase.
