Haligus Services started decades ago in 1977 as a lawn sprinkler installation and service company. When the recession hit southern Michigan, we branched out into lawn care and pest control. We're always looking for ways to serve the locals and lawns in our community, and derive joy from the beautiful green yards that stay healthy even during those Michigan winters.

Left a job without notice and without completion. Overcharged for work that was not done. At a follow up call an employee confirmed that no work had been done (I was charged for 5 sprinkler heads and a repair). The employee said he would return to correct and complete the job, he never showed up. Multiple calls placed to the company and to the owner, requesting a refund. All calls were unanswered. If you want someone to take your money, ghost your calls, rarely show up and never complete the job, this is the company for you.

I really wished that I could give these guys a better review. Kevin bailed us out of a tough spot when we first used them a couple years ago - to move sprinkler heads, adjust zones and recommission our system after extensive concrete work. At the time, I was extremely happy with them.
Ever since, they've done everything they could to fall on their face. They replaced our low-voltage sprinkler signal line last fall - and then this spring I had to call them back out to fix the wiring of the zones ($190 for the call back) - and then they could not get one of the zones going - as they said something

After several quotes for a lake side sprinkler installation I decided to go with Haligus Sprinkler Systems. The job was completed on time as promised and passed my stringent expectations. The owner made sure I was satisfied and has since contacted me to confirm that the system is still working as it should.

We had the sprinkler system installed...we paid for it. Then we needed service and they were impossible to get a hold of. They ignored our calls and messages. Once we got a hold of someone, they were supposed to come out and never showed. So everything went good with installation until you pay them. Then good luck getting them to do any service or answer any questions. No wonder they offer free service for a year...because they won't do it anyways.
