I am VERY pleased with my new fireplace logs and installation. Ted, my installer, did an amazing job and went above and beyond to do it 100% right. He spotted an issue right away and went to Lowe's to buy what he needed to do the job in the safest possible way. He was professional and very kind. I highly recommend this company if you're in the market for new logs or an updated system.

As a Service Technician, I have to source parts from all over the country, my experience with Hearthside has been nothing but GREAT. I generally have the information on what I need and just have to place an order with them, but sometimes I need a little more help, and they've been there to assist. I'm out in Southern California, so I can't comment on the store, or personal interactions, however my phone and Web experience has always been Top Notch.
