Mikayla & Hannah handled my questions and concerns throughout the project. Tim was very professional during our estimate site visit. Materials were delayed & work started later than estimated - probably due to the pandemic & things out of anyone's control. However the siding installation crew left a mess and didn't pick up the nails/trash/materials. I called & they sent out Warren immediately to resolve these issues. Overall, I'm pleased with this company!

The people were helpful. It seems to be a quality product. After the installers told us the work was complete, we got on a ladder and checked to see what the K-Guard looked like over the gutters. The K-Guard had not been installed with the new gutters, but was a feature we had purchased. When we notified One Stop Home Improvement Shop (OSHIS), they promptly returned and completed the installation of the K-Guard. However, it was disappointing to know that if we hadn't checked the gutters (you can't see the K-Guard from the ground), we would not have gotten what we paid for. Also, there were a few

I had a consultation from Tim with One Stop, and finalized the contract on a Friday. I was told installation could be within a number of weeks. But by the next Wednesday, their team had shown up to my house ready to work. Installation took less than 3 hours. They were very careful to not disturb any garden work around the house, and made sure to take safety precautions. Very well done, and looking forward to getting more work done in the coming months.

We had the awesome opportunity of building our own home in 2020. In our mind, we decided that the only way to go with gutters was K-Guard.
ASTHETICALLY it only made sense. Why spend all that money on rock, brick, concrete, siding and then top it off with an ugly 5-inch gutter? We wanted to trim our house with what is similar to crown molding and it looks awesome.
FUNCTIONALLY we are so glad we made the decision. 2020 we had several downpours and while our gutters handled the water coming our way, we watch our neighborhood gutters spill over.
