Return payment envelope portion with your student to school on picture day to give to the photographer at the camera. You will have received a Special Occasions picture day flier from school.

If I could give a Zero star review I would. It is SEPTEMBER a new school year and I have yet to receive spring pictures which were PREPAID for in MARCH. After emailing customer service verifying my information and including a copy of my confirmation they took 2 weeks to reply to me asking to verify more information. Horrible horrible service! It is ridiculous that I have had to wait 6 months for photos that I paid for in advance. This is already after my daughter's FALL photos look like she was frightened and worried at the same time. I will never do business with this company again!

EDITED- I called and some portraits were recovered but I was not able to recover all of my kids school portraits.
I have purchased school portraits for my children since they were enrolled. When Payne and Payne started offering digital images they failed to disclose an expiration date to make sure and download by. It would have been helpful to have prior years "digital download" option for school portraits to have a download by date. I was unaware there was a time frame since it was a digital image and did not specify a certain time to make sure I had it copied to my hard drive, disk or some sort

Bad school photos. My kids eyes are half closed in the picture. Maybe a little more effort would result in a decent picture. Background choices are not good, very plain. Zero adjustments made, didn’t ask my child to move her pig tails so they were in the same position on each side. Photography is in the details. Make an effort.
