Has had my 2 laptops for about 5 months. Finally got the call after that time that they were fixed and ready for pickup. The email of the invoice was quick. Lol. I paid invoice and went to pick up laptops. One worked and the other didn’t when he opened it up to show me that it was working but sadly it wasn’t so he kept it for more diagnosing. Now we are at another 2, almost 3 months and I still don’t have my 2nd laptop back. Hasn’t answered phone calls, or text messages. Went by his store several times but no one answers and the door is locked.

I had a very pleasant and professional experience with this company. I initially called to discuss my computer issue and was encouraged to come in. Customer service was quality from the phone conversation to me making a payment when my services were complete. Staff answered my tedious questions, I never felt rushed, and communication was impeccable. I will return for all of my tech needs because this was a great experience, the price was great, and repairs were done expeditiously. I recommend this company to all.

Jesse fixed my computer when other shops couldn't. He did it quickly and for a fair price. Unusual in today's business environment, he actually answers his phone even when he's out on another job. He's easy to communicate with even for people who don't know the "language".

I am very pleased with the work of Tech 1. Jesse was very flexible in working with me.. I had to replace my older computer and he did just what he said he would do, within the time he said he would do it. He was very patient in answering my questions and didn't hesitate to offer help when I suggested I might have trouble hooking up the new computer. Yes, I am very pleased with his work.
