Whether you need tables and chairs to place under one of our great rental tents or you need them for another setting, ACC Party Rental has got you covered. Our professional crew always delivers on-time and will bring you clean, dependable units that your guests will be comfortable using. For an additional fee, we will set up the tables and chairs for you, so be sure to ask when you request your free quote.
Orders placed within 30 days of the event date must be paid in full at the time of order and is not refundable. Customer-pickup orders have a $40.00 minimum and must be paid in full at the time of order placement and they are not refundable. Order totals over $250.00 require a deposit of 50% of the invoice total, 7 days after the order placement, if more than 30 days from event date.
ACC Party Rental, Inc. charges a reasonable and competitive delivery fee with every rental in the Greater Columbus Metropolitan Area. Our standard rates are based on your zip code and are set for deliveries between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Specific day, specific time, after-hours or non-business hours, and weekend deliveries are available for additional charges.
A Pole Tent is secured and supported by its legs & center poles and by driving stakes into the ground. It's not suitable to put a pole tent on concrete or most hard surfaces. A Frame Tent is a free standing and can go on almost any surface grass, gravel, asphalt or concrete and can be anchored with stakes, water barrels, concrete ballast or concrete fasteners.

As a nonprofit trade association, we hold training clinics throughout Ohio. This past week, one of our clinics sold out near the close of registration (1 week before the event) and we needed to rent a few items at the last second to accommodate. Given there location, I contacted ACC Party Rental and am happy I did. They immediately got me a quote (within 5 minutes), I was able to get it ok'd, and we had a delivery schedule on the books within 30 minutes.

ACC Party Rental was great to work with for our backyard Wedding reception! They delivered and set up 2 large tents, tables, chairs, linens and a chill & fill table. They were punctual, communicated well and polite. This is the second event we've used them for and would highly recommend ACC Party Rental!

I hardly ever write any reviews but I had to for this, this company went above and beyond from what was expected from them, we rented a tent , tables and chairs for a graduation party and they were absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone looking for that kind of company, the professionalism, politeness and over all customer service deserves more than 5 stars. And on top of all that, JOSH moved a ping pong table for me from the backyard to the garage and was very happy to help and they have nothing to do with the table. Again I would recommend ACC Party Rental to anyone.

All the communication from Stephanie and Heather and follow up was excellent from quote, set-up to pick up. Josh, Mike and Sawyer did a great job setting up and taking down the tent in a timely fashion. It poured down rain during our entire event. The tent saved our event and kept us all dry. The window panels are a must to make the space more open and bright. If needed again, we would use ACC, plus they are a local Hilliard company.

As we shopped around for a tent rental for my daughter's graduation party, we knew we would have trouble since we had a few special requests that would likely eliminate a number of possible companies. ACC not only accommodated us, but were completely awesome to work with. Dawn was so helpful and responsive and John and his delivery team were professional, prompt, and quick! We'll definitely recommend them to anyone looking!

Easy, smooth ordering and payment transaction. Everyone was super friendly from customer service to the guys at the pole building when I picked up the chairs. They loaded all chairs into my van with out even asking. Guys were friendly and polite. Will definable use again. Price was great compared to other places (ex: $0.95/per chair) Thanks for the great first impression!
