My introduction was a home buying course they had done by Katie Jan and some other professionals. This paved the way for my fiancée and I to be first time home buyers when the time was right.
Our experience with the home loan process was mostly with Katie Jan as well. She was above accommodating in meeting with us at times that really worked for our schedules.
Katie is kind and very interested in couples knowing the process. She spent extra hours meeting with us, answering lots of questions, and exploring the steps that remained.

Absolutely awful. My mother in law went through this company and they messed up the paperwork.
I didn't give it too much thought because everyone makes mistakes but the person buying my house from me has chosen to go through Denali and it has been one giant mess. They tried to lay the blame for the delays on us by telling our buyer that we didn't pay for the appraisal but we had paid for it 5 days prior and the inspection happened a few days after we paid. So they lied to our buyer. Now, every week they say it will be next week to close then on that Friday they say no, it's being
