This company is very unprofessional and rude. I was with this company for 12 years and could not get a new key to open my box. The service man wanted to charge me to bring a key to my house. I told him that I had a new battery and he could mail me the key. When I did not receive the key, I called again and got the same service man, Steve. He was so mean and rude to me, and he told me not to harass him about the key. I could not use my system for two weeks without putting the new battery in the box. I was shocked and humiliated. They wanted to charge me a month's service when I told them to discontinue
