Nestled in the heart of downtown Prescott, Pine Lawn Ranch is the ideal place to stay, offering the convenience of being right in town in a natural-park like setting that gives the feeling of being out in the country. Located less than 34 of a mile from the Court House square (city center) on Gurley Street (main street), means that the downtown and all it has to offer are within walking distance.
Beautiful granite boulder formations create a natural buffer between the park and the city outside, making this tree covered valley seem cozy and quiet. Historic buildings, mature vegetation and extensive landscaping give a real sense of history and nostalgia, while our commitment to maintaining and operating a quality community assure you of an enjoyable place to relax.

My husband & I were invited to visit by a homeowner & dear friend at the Pine Lawn Cemetery while in Prescott, AZ. There was an elderly woman who spied on visitors & reported to the elderly owner. Lots of rules here folks. No one is allowed to visit without the owner of the trailer there 24 /7. Also no dog sitters, baby sitters, family members, handymen, etc without the owner present. We were handed a legal writ by a young handyman full of anger kicking us out, very unpleasant & inconvenient...AZ does not want our

My husband and I put a offer on a mobile there and owner excepted.
Then owners of the park were Very Rude and not in this century.
But when it came to getting park approval ..it was a nightmare..the owner was wanting 2yrs of IRS returns..all copies of your bank statements every page for 2yrs..plus Your original SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS..and all copies of your credit card statements every page 2yrs worth..insane..have to buy a print ing press..owner didn't do emails or fax..or take credit card..plus she did a Background check and ran your credit..so I was waiting for copies of our Social Security
