So frustrated. Wish I posted this a year ago to prevent others from having a similar experience but wanted to give Brad the benefit of the doubt. I realize tech is a fast evolving industry and AV systems need fine tuning but over a year later and a total lack of follow up and competency left me with no choice but to hire another company to sort out the mess, of course at further cost. Our projector is now out and the response is to sort it out with Epson. Highly recommend getting a second opinion before going with Redmond home theatre to avoid similar frustration.

We had a very disappointing experience . Expensive, incomplete instal with no follow up to correct the issues. We hired another company to complete the job. Would not recommend. Brad exaggerated their capabilities. Awful sound system and an instal that left big holes in our built in book case. Stay away.

Sharing my nightmare experience with Redmond Home Theater and Audio Visual Design.
Paid thousands of dollars to have a home theater installed. Their installer kept giving excuses for why they job was not done (missed important completion date for a family event) and at one point literally lied to me about the screen that he was getting for me (claiming it was a higher grade screen).
In the end, they demanded payment and left me with a set-up that does not show any video at all... I suspect they used the incorrect HDMI cable and picked the least expensive cable. So... I have 7 speakers, a state

Connected with Brad to mount my TV I purchased from Best Buy after Geek Squad left me hanging out to dry during the holidays. Brad was the only one who was able to do the job in a pinch (other installers with great reviews were fully booked for 1-2 months), but more importantly I appreciated his honesty as he educated me about wall-rated cables and what would work best for the safety of my home. He showed up to do the install but the builder who built my home did a bad job on the backing, so I had to have him come back which he did promptly after the backing was refinished appropriately. My visit to my uncle and aunt's in Redmond was quite memorable. Having moved to their new home, they needed help setting up their home theater in the living room. And besides knowing how to use my smartphone and pc, I'm not too tech savvy lol. Seeing their good reviews online, we reached out to this business for estimate on the cost to install a home theater. Service was quick and afterwards their technicians ran us through the entire process of how to operate and manage the sound system.
