DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Tony took us through an entire proposal process for a 13R sprinkler system and at the point where we are about to sign a contract, he let us know that he is selling the company and that the new owners would decide whether to do the project or not. We only found out about it when we pressed him about putting a deadline in the proposal. He knew he was selling the company and hid this information from us all along. If we hadn't pressed, he would have been totally OK with taking a deposit from us up to 50% and then let us rot. Unbelievably unprofessional behavior.
