Force Fabrication is a full service precision sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, CNC machining company. We provide comprehensive precision sheet metal fabrication services, laser cutting along with dip brazed assemblies. What sets us apart from other contract manufacturers is our expert personnel.
We have the skills and knowledge to guide our clients through the entire fabrication process. One area of expertise is our ability to design assemblies for dip and vacuum brazing; we model and design the braze joints for dip brazing or vacuum brazing, conduct pre-braze machining, post braze machining and plating & painting as required, along with heli-coil installation.

Services
The Force Fabrication Inc. quality system is certified to ISO9001:2015. The quality assurance process ensures that all engineering, manufacturing, test, and management processes adhere to the requirements of the contract statement of work, specifications, and supporting documentation. A QA representative is part of each project team and participates in all program reviews and reporting activities.
We've developed a production process which allows us to meet our client's exact specifications whether we're fabricating smaller precision parts or rugged chassis and dip brazed enclosures. We specializes in custom sheet metal fabrication and finishing. Our full-service capabilities include: sheet metal punching, sheet metal forming, sheet metal laser cutting and sheet metal finishing.
Force Fabrication Inc recently purchased an Amada LC1212 Laser cutting system and are offering exceptional pricing and lead-time for laser cut parts. Typical builds for us include punching/laser cutting of parts that require additional processes we perform such as forming, welding, hardware installation, painting and silkscreening.
Sheet metal fabrication includes several processes one of them being CNC punching. We are running multi-tool turret CNC punch presses allowing us setup flexibility and fast turn around times. Depending on the part design and geometry it can be a low cost alternative to laser cutting or other cutting approaches.
Force Fabrication Inc. manufacturers precision sheet metal parts and assemblies which typically include formed parts. We use our Amada press brakes for forming close tolerance precision parts. Whether it's close tolerance radii, curves, or bump bending, our press brake operators and equipment can perform some of the most complex sheet metal bends.
