Thanks for the beautiful arrangements. I give this business 5 stars. I called with a kind of last minute request for a casket spray right in the midst of Hurricane Ida and they came through. Not happy....see attached pics of what I ordered and what my Mom got. I wanted bright cheery colors. There was no white in what I ordered. I gave them an add'l star b/c they were nice on the phone when they called to tell me they were out of both colors of daisies (hot pink and yellow). I approved sunflowers for the yellow and roses for the hot pink. However the roses they used ended up being light pink and there were sooo many white flowers. Again, no white at all in what I ordered. It was not at all the look I wanted for her. This was my second time ordering from them. Was not happy with the

Bay Flowers is so great! I’m in Scotland so I’m not able to be home with my mom for her birthday and ordered from here. I found out that she was leaving town around midday, so I reached out to them to see about delivering early and they were beyond helpful and accommodating. She received her flowers and absolutely LOVED the arrangement, it was so beautiful!! Will definitely order from them again!

I was in Mobile for a funeral and my husband was unable to go with me. He ordered flowers for me from NC. He gave the florist the wrong address for the hotel I was staying at. They rode all over Mobile until they found the right Hampton Inn. No extra charge and the flowers were beautiful. That's what I call exceptional service!

This is the only florist I will ever use. They are Very dependable, honest, and do Beautiful arrangements. If they don't have an item as on the pictures, they will call and work with you to get something nicer or better. We live in TX and when we need to send flowers in Mobile, Al this is the only florist we will use.

I called this shop on 1/31 and gave them about 20 minutes notice for a bouquet of flowers for my daughters dance competition and the civic center. They not only nailed it with the flowers, when we got home 6 hrs later we discovered that every stem had its own water reservoir attached. First rate service with a smile and excellent pricing as well.

Bay Flowers was fantastic and went out of their way to make a same day delivery happen, with poor support from me. I didn't have all the info for the delivery and they followed up with me multiple times to try and make it happen.
Once we realized the patient I tried sending flowers to had already checked out of the hospital, they worked with me to change delivery to her house. My friend texted me a picture of her arrangement and it's gorgeous, I can't believe how nice it is for what I spent.

Someone sent me flowers and they were beautiful! It was a combination of white lilies and white roses with some purple accents mixed in there. It came in this cute little mason jar as well. The flowers smelled up my office and I had so many of the guys I work with come in and say how beautiful that were. Loved them! Great job:)

Kim are her team are amazing! My sister and I (and several of our friends) have all used her for our weddings. The consultation and flower selection process was simple! I told her what I liked, what I didn't like, and then gave her a picture and she put together everything more beautifully than I ever could have imagined. The centerpieces and wreath for the ceremony were spectacular. I couldn't recommend them more!

A friend ordered flowers for me for my birthday from this florist. Not only were they beautiful and exactly to her specifications, but they provided great customer service. My favorite color was purple and every flower in that bunch was purple! The vase she originally wanted was not available and instead of just replacing it like most florists would, they called her twice to make sure a switch was okay. It was great, because the vase is purple too!! The delivery person was kind and on time, even with the vase switch.
