Paul is also the author of the books "The Senior Texan Legal Guide" Editions 1-7, and co-author of "When Someone Dies in Texas", which are used throughout the country as guides to estate planning and probate.He is a Life Fellow of the San Antonio Bar Foundation and is a Fellow of the Texas Bar College.

I called to see if I could get some help setting up a trust for my father. When being told the POA I had from Illinois wasn't valid in Texas, the office manager laughed at me and said they couldn't help. I don't know why someone who practices elder care law would laugh at someone spending money to try and help their loved ones, but it was extremely rude and condescending. He could be the best lawyer in the world and I would never give him my business as his staff is incredibly unprofessional.
