Have used their services for about 4 years now. Some tech issues are more difficult than others, but they seem to find a way. Getting to a higher level of support isn't a series of hoops you have to jump through, the Cenetric team takes care of it.

Every representative I have encountered with this company has been professional and had a genuine interest in helping to resolve my issues. They gladly took on our small project. We needed help setting up Microsoft Bookings. It was a small project, and several IT vendors politely told us it didn't meet their minimum project cost. Dave Warner at Cenetric accepted our project and at a very reasonable fee. More importantly, he stuck with us through the deployment process even though he had already fulfilled his contracted deliverables. Dave wanted to make sure we were fully functional before he closed his file. I would highly recommend Cenetric.
