I've never thought it possible to find a mental health facility which seems t o care so little about the health and well being of their patients.
The staff here is impatient and unhelpful. Once they decide they're not going to help you, that's the end of the discussion. I've been hung up on, had prescriptions changed, had doctors not show up for appointments. And the list goes on...
Please, stay away from this facility.

The staff is incredibly unfriendly, disrespectful, and unhelpful. The office is often closed prior to the listed closing hours.
While these are frustrating things to deal with, the real issue is one of the doctors here changed my prescription without my knowledge! I've been taking the same medication and dosage for over 7 years and the doctor here changed that without my knowledge. He is now refusing to fill my prescription because the book he is looking at says it's an unsafe amount. This prescription has been filled by several psychiatrists over the last 7 years of my life

Dr. Berti is hands down my favorite medical provider of all time. I’ve never had a doctor treat me with such compassion and understanding. She is always always always there when you need her, and she never makes you feel like you’re a burden. I am so lucky to have found such a wonderful human being to be on my team. I can’t tell you how much my life has improved while being under her care. She will be my psychiatrist for life!
