Because of our warranty policy, we only use high quality products, while still being able to offer you a very competitive price.
Are your old windows drafty in the winter but let in too much heat in during the summer? New windows can lower your utility bills, increase appearance and home value, reduce noise, and allow for easy and safe cleaning. We install many different types of double insulated low E argon filled windows which are very effective at reducing heat loss and increasing energy efficiency, while protecting your interior from damaging UV rays.
It's common for home owners to neglect upgrading their roof until it's already visibly leaking, but at that point it may have caused other damage. In addition, with all roof recovering or re-installations we will include ridge vents to increase air flow ventilation. And if replacing shingles, we will install an ice barrier on all eaves and around all water penetration areas.

Andy and his crew are top notch! They put up new siding 2 years ago and they just finished a brand new deck for us. They are excellent at what they do and they're very easy to deal with. Prices are reasonable and very competitive. We highly recommend them. Great guys!

I cannot say enough good things about Creative Home Improvement. After having a botched siding job on a new addition to my home, Andy came in, fixed the mess, and sided the whole house. He was terrific to work with as he is honest, responsive, and pleasant. When I'm ready to have my roof replaced I won't even bother to get three bids - I'll just call Andy.

Andy is an exceptional, professional and honest guy all around. We called him to take care of some ice dams causing leaks into our house.
He went above and beyond, really helped us out when I could barely get another contractor to call us back. He didn't have to come back to our house twice to clear our roof again .... he could have, like any contractor, even asked us to pay extra to come out again. But he didn't.
Andy is a great guy, a very knowledgeable and trustworthy tradesman, and I would call on him again without hesitation.

Many thanks to Creative Home Improvement for doing such a great job. After numerous estimates and design options, Liz and I felt extremely comfortable on using Andy and his crew. His demeanor and professional attitude swayed us in his direction. Andy sat and discussed every detail before and after the work was done. Andy and his crew would constantly ask on a daily basis "if we're satisfied with the work", and if not what can we correct.
Our experience with Creative Home Improvement was "top shelf" and would definitely recommend them to everyone.
