Emily Craig grew up in East Carroll Parish and attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She earned her Bachelor of Criminal Justice, with minors in both Sociology and Psychology, in 1986. She is also a Kappa Delta sorority alumni. Emily came to Shreveport via Hurricane Katrina, and decided to make it home.

Being arrested, charged with a crime and thrown into the criminal justice system is a scary thing. Ninety-percent (90%) of the remaining ten-percent (10%) that go to trial, will end in a guilty verdict. But, that does not mean you should simply give up if you are facing criminal charges.
