Did not cleanse my skin first. Did not apply wax with the hair, very sloppy. When waxing the sides of my face she waxed off my real hair!! She used the same stick back and forth in the wax and my face.
She was very kind, but definitely didn’t seem like she was certified

One star only because I couldn’t do zero. I called to make an appointment since it’s by appointment only. She said she didn’t have the time I needed for that day so I scheduled it for the next day. When my appointment time came, I arrived 10 minutes early to see the lights off and nobody there. When I called, the lady rudely answered and said she got sick and couldn’t make it into the salon. I understand getting sick but not calling and canceling or rescheduling appointments I do not understand. I came on my lunch break and made time around coming at my scheduled appointment time. Have been here many times and always had a good experience, went 2 months ago and they did it extremely thin even though I requested them to be kept thick. I let them grow out and went back yesterday, I told the lady yesterday how they were too thin last time and I liked the thickness they were but just wanted it cleaned up and she messed up my eyebrows so bad. I have engagement photos next weekend and not even filling them in fixes them. I’m so freaking sad and disappointed

I would highly recommend Joanne for eyebrows she does really a great job in shaping the eyebrows . But for hair straightening treatment it’s a no . It just smoothed my hair for a day or two never straightened it .

I was nervous because this was my first visit and Joanne was not there. However the lady that threaded my eyebrows was very polite, fast, precise, and my eyebrows look amazing. I had a pleasant experience and I will be a regular!!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Joanne is the owner of this business and she does my brows.
She does a PHENOMENAL JOB EVERY TIME I GET THEM DONE.
I just recently got microblading done and OMG.....my brows look FABULOUS!!! I haven't even gotten my touch-up done yet and my brows look BEAUTIFUL!!!
I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL I GET MY TOUCH-UP DONE TO SEE HOW MUCH MORE ENHANCED MY BROWS WILL LOOK!!!

I love going to Joanne for my brow threading. Everyone is so very friendly and helpful for new ideas. My experience has been a great one each time. I try to go every 2 weeks.

Joanne did a fantastic job on my eye brows today. She took her time to make sure they were perfect. Not only was she very professional, but she was also very kind. Such a sweet woman! I will be visiting again for sure
