The Lannert Group's professional services include the full spectrum of park and recreational planning and design. From the regional benefit of a district master plan to neighborhood participation in a tot lot design; the Lannert Group's process identifies the sites features, incorporates the community needs, and promotes sustainability.
Streetscape design has become an important community issue as urban infill continues. The focus on streetscape design is to provide a pedestrian friendly meeting place, landmark or focal point feature, and enable the business community to grow as a result of the improvements. Site furnishings, light fixtures, waste receptacles, seating areas, paving patterns and planting areas are elements in the landscape architects design palette.
The Lannert Group supports and is involved with urban design and infill. Sustainability issues and the reuse of existing building and infrastructure will be the development pattern of the future. Recognizing this trend years ago the Lannert Group located their offices in a historic 1875 building in downtown Geneva, Illinois three blocks from the commuter railroad.
From small intimate courtyard design to large estate residential master plans, the Lannert Group provides a full service residential design process. Consultation with the Client, concept planning, design development plans and final construction documents are provided. Site detailing includes decks, trellises, water features, swimming pools, and irrigation design.
