Sales rep was very helpful in helping me place the order over the phone based on our past orders. Production for Wall calendars was a bit slow with not alot of communication on shipping or delivery notifications. Was ordered in Oct and not received until 12/16/21. Quality of the order was good and company information was printed nicely and easy to read.

I am always pleased with my purchases from Myron. Although my last order of 50 Happy Holidays pens was a little misleading from the sample that was sent to me. The pen came with a decorative Holiday sleeve, but my pens were only wrapped in a clear plastic sleeve. I was led to believe by a representative that each pen came with the sampled sleeve. Oh well, these will still be handed out to my customers in the clear wrapping along with a gift card.....

Myron lacks in customer service when refunds are requested for product that arrives and is unusable. Ordered pens with highlighters and a good portion of the caps were off the highlighters, which leaked onto the box and dried up. I have made numerous attempts as I was promised a partial refund bill still not refund or contact from customer service. I'm now going to request a full refund as this has been an outstanding matter since August. I will never purchase from Myron again.

I wasn’t in the market for a new promo item. They sent an unsolicited sample that fit my new company branding perfectly. But I was too busy to place the order. Their sales team initiated an email, then a call, then a follow-up that closed the sale. Easy Art process and 30 day net terms … I love the new pen!

Their products are great. We get pens, power banks, cups, etc. from them, to give away to our customers. I have had customers to call me, asking to mail them some of our pens. Had a truck driver that delivers to us at times, to stop in one day, not to deliver, but just to get one of our pens. Everyone loves all the items we get from Myron.
Our rep, Nasrine is great. She is always available to help with any questions I have. If I have any items I'm interested in she will help with finding that, and will send a sample, if possible, of the item.

I placed an order on 4/9. I've called the company twice to get a status. Provided the order number I received when I made my purchase. I was advised that they could not find my name nor email anywhere in their system  and they would investigate. All the while, $55.08 was deducted from my account for the purchase. I've sent screenshots to prove this as well.
I received an email yesterday that advised that after their research the pens that I order are in route to another state, to a person who's name is completely different from mine. The pens are not even the same! Mistakes happen

I decided to try these pens from a promotional ad i saw. I ordered the selena stylus soft touch. 50 pens.
Price was supposed to be promotional but seems to be their regular price, however still a pretty good deal.
Quality - from what I have used, good to excellent. Slightly heavier pen, feels better in my hands than the all plastic stuff you get elsewhere. Inks nice, flows smooth, no problems. I did just get them so no idea how long they will last yet. Printing on them is nice and accurate.
Delivery - no real deadline noted but it felt like it took longer than I expected. Not too long mind

This company is THE WORST!!! I am not a fan of leaving bad reviews but my experience was horrible. I ordered 50 pens on May 27, 2020. They did the artwork incorrectly. The change was requested on June 8th, I just got the pens on September 15, 2020. I wouldn't take their products if they were free at this point. Totally disappointed. And Covid was never stated as a reason as to why the order took so long, so yea, spend your money elsewhere. I only put one star because we have to choose an amount so we can write the review. And might I add, you need a magnifying glass to see the wording on the

The product we ordered was fine but then they pad the invoice with a "Tariff Surcharge" of 4.8% !
I had to search and search before I finally found "Tariff surcharge may apply" in the very tiny small print of the direct mail piece I ordered from.
It is hard to imagine that they don't know the cost of their product landed on the ground in their warehouse before they send out a "Limited Time Offer" that expires in 30 days!
A word to the wise - check Myron's math for undisclosed surcharges before you approve your order!

The products they have are overpriced and if any order is placed, the phone calls and SPAM is unrelenting with no way to "turn it off". Shipping rates are pure extortion.

This company is a mess. I ordered pens in January, their design team always messes up logos & doesn't follow instructions. Changes take forever, zero communication. When we finally got the design finalized, we had to send our order back twice. They call me every week for money and I have to explain to them that I still hadn't received correct pens. They did nothing to make this right, their people don't take notes or check the details of what's going on with an account before they call you. I'm on the west coast so that was usually at 5 a.m. my time. They kept trying

Went to website to re-order custom pens. Found my previous order but couldn't figure out how to re-order, so I entered the chat session. Was very surprised to learn that they don't have a re-order process. Really! Don't they want repeat customers? We wanted to test an item so ordered a minimum amount of a particular swag item (LED screwdriver pens). The pens weren't bad for the price and dealing with Myron on the purchase (made online) wasn't bad either. We didn't have a deadline for the items so I cannot speak to how it is to deal with Myron when you need swag for a specific event/campaign. I will say however that once you order from them you are bombarded with calls, flyers, and hideous pens. If your products and service is top of the line you won't have to send a pen every month to anyone that's ever placed an

If I could give this company at 0 star rating I would. We ordered bags from them and the logo we had requested be printed on them was horribly printed - peeling off and at least partially damaged on majority of the bags. When we asked them to fix the order with weeks still until our event, they didn't ship them in time and the bags arrived after our week-long event was half over. The replacement bags they shipped were of course also damaged and they refused to give us a full refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered 500 pens from this company a few weeks ago. Before I ordered them I confirmed what I wanted put on them. As a trade show I'm working approaches I check my e mail to see if I have a tracking number, they didn't even start my order!!! I talk to a representative and she said she would have them made quickly and shipped. Then she calls and tells me I need to pay over $250 for shipping for two day shipping!!!!! What kind customer service is this?!? Literally it could be sent overnight through any carrier for under thirty bucks. This company is crap, save yourself the hassle and go

AWFUL Company! Tried to SCAM me into paying for pens. very sneaky! Do not trust! We ordered some lovely pens from them earlier this year. My very annoying Myron Account Rep called about a month after delivery with a "special" deal. He said the price could be locked in now, if we needed more pens later in the year. Fair enough, we bought plenty, but they were nice pens, Never know if i would need more. He said he would put in an order for about 200 more and he'd call me in Nov to see if i needed them and they would be moved to production but if i didnt he could cancel the order Again
