I had an excellent experience I had 2 phones and a 6 gen Ipad repaired, and Eric is very professional and gave excellent customer service, and the work was phenomenal I recommend anyone needing their electronics repair give them a shot.

If you are doing business with this phone repair Store pay them with cash, if you use your credit card they will charge you double without your consent. The store owner is unprofessional, argumentative and theft.

Crooked Phone Repair Business
This phone repair store is running scam, be aware. They charged me twice on my credit card and once I show them the extra charges they refused to acknowledge after I show them additional charges. Now they have to deal with my bank because I reported fraudulent charges.

The guy who assisted my during my first visit was very professional and fast with the service. He was a tall, thin, Caucasian guy. The second time i returned for service the guy who was working was short, chubby, and had longer curly hair. He didn't follow correct procedures dealing with paperwork. 2 hours later when i returned nothing was done pertaining to my phone. It was still in the same condition and place, completely dead. He told me he had to run more tests and it wouldn't be finished that day. I took my phone to a more professional place in Lorton and my phone was finished within a reasonable

Service was great, got my iPhone6 battery changed in less than 30 minutes and my phone was finally back to normal and not dying after 3 hours of use.
Well a month later my phone went from 100% to 20 in less than an hour. It would die randomly and then only worked on the charger.
Went to the Apple store to get it fixed. Took it out of the case to see the screen popping off.
They installed a faulty battery that swelled and destroyed my phone.
I was out of warranty too. Greeeeeat

I was out of town last week and Steve fixed my phone.. I have an iPhone 6s Plus screen was broken they were really quick and thorough. Customer service was great!

So a couple months ago I shattered my screen and took it here for a quick fix. The charge was well over $200 but I figured they were an honest company and comparable pricing. Well, when I got my phone back it "worked" but when I got my new otterbox a few days after I noticed there were scratches on my phone.
