Our first experience with TAC was a home consultation about 6 months ago with an engaging salesperson. Unfortunately, he never submitted his measurements for an estimate and we eventually learned that he was fired. We subsequently did place an order and discovered that they ordered the wrong fabric when the installation team arrived. The company did prepare and install the correct fabric a week later. I called the company repeatedly requesting some accommodation for our inconvenience. They deferred to the owner and then offered me his apologies The company also kept my credit card information on

I received a flyer from The Awning Company to come visit their new showroom so I did. The showroom was sparse, to say the least, and they did not have a display of what I wanted. I wound up looking at the pictures I'd already looked at online. I made an appointment and had them come to my house. i was given a quote but it wasn't what I wanted and demo costs were not included. He said he'd get back to me with the revised quote and demo costs, that never happened. I waited several weeks and called, he said he would get those for me and also see if I could go look at one of their installations

Such great experience with Gary and his crew. From getting the quote to the installation, just flawless. I highly recommend The Awning Company.
5 awnings were removed, brackets were sandblasted and powder coated.

Pre-Covid 19, I requested an estimate from The Awing Company for an automatic retractable awning with LED lights. I was in need of some serious shade.
The salesman, Mike, arrived at my residence at the agreed upon time and explained all of the options and made installation suggestions. He also had several large binders of color and fabric options. Mike provided the estimate, which was reasonable compared to other local companies.
A week later, we were in Covid 19 lockdown mode, and we took a break from proceeding with the awning. When businesses started opening again, and we felt comfortable

I recently hired this company to install a very specific decorative item on my house in San Diego. It was very difficult to find people who will understand the importance of esthetics and beauty, even if they are giving you a great price. They did not give up on my idea. A few years ago I bought an awning from The Awning Company and was very pleased with everything. I now wanted a new awning for a different area and called them again but also called other companies for comparison of prices and product. I'm glad I did. It only confirmed to go with The Awning Company again. It started with Tim, the sales person, was so professional and informative of the right product. Other companies just seemed to want to sell me something quick and get out. The install, just like before, was very professional as well as respecting my home. I definitely recommend this company.
