Poor management and communication skills. Rude and disrespectful owner. It took 3 weeks to get back with me about some questions. The product I received was incorrect and the color was also incorrect then the color I ordered originally. I will no longer be doing business here. Owner has some kind of mental issues.

My experience with this company was less than ideal. It was challenging to establish a consistent line of communication to ensure my order was appropriately fulfilled and there was minimal effort reciprocated from the vendor to ensure customer satisfaction. I wasted time and money trying to do business locally, resulting in me using an online service instead. It's unfortunate as I love supporting local businesses, especially during these times. Good luck if you decide to do business with them and hopefully you don't have to deal with Bruce, he's doesn't have the best social skills.
