Had to move a car from Oregon to Texas. Told them the car would be available for pickup at anytime during a 5 day window and we didn't care how long they needed to get it to Texas. For two weeks before our window they hounded us with "we have a truck today and would like to pick it up today...." messages. Finally they told us a few days in advance they had a truck that could load the first day of our window... great! But that day came and went and no truck. As I later found out, my story was common as with all their customers.
Gave good price (not unreasonably low!), than didn't pick the car up when promised, afterwards tried to increase the price for 70%, saying the driver wants more money.
I cancelled the contract and found another company. Do deal with them

I worked with Victory to move my motorcycle from Georgia to Oregon, he was great to work with and always responded quickly if I had a question or was just checking status. It was a tough time being winter but Victory stuck with it after one trucker cancelled on us and got the job done. Highly recommend you work with them if you need a transport.

Thank goodness I read the reviews on Yelp and other pages. Got the same hook-line I read in so may different peoples comments. Then I got multiple calls within a half a day pushing me to sign immediately. I am sure there are reputable companies out there, but I had another suggestion to watch out for.
Got cheap quotes, a few days later after being ghosted, I got text saying "if you are having trouble with your car transport company we can help you for $$$". These were companies I never reached out to and the new quote was almost double from the companies that ghosted me. Obviously

I've reported this company to the BBB and consulted an attorney regarding the fact that my vehicle was picked up without my consent. Victory wenzel was dishonest during the transaction, didn't send any legal documents prior to picking up my car and used a transportation company (3rd party) that took over 7 days for my car to arrive. This company has violated peoples rights in respect to their property and should not do business in such a manner. I feel sorry for anyone who uses this company in any fashion.

I worked with Eugene to get my vehicle moved from SC to AL. It took a good bit of time to find a carrier and I often had to ask for updates, but Eugene was very diligent, courteous, and patient with my many questions. This was all during holiday season of '21 so I imagine coordinating with carriers was a challenge but Eugene found one and my vehicle arrived safely without any trouble at all.

I cannot provide a star for this company. It's parent company, BWT Group, Inc provides a canopy of different contractors nationwide. When you call and if you choose to get a transport, they will provide you different rates. In my situation, I attempted to help my dealer by calling these transport companies myself. Instead, after confirming that my dealer had gotten the car I selected transported, I signed an agreement that 5 minutes later I cancelled. Please do not give them your credit card. They billed me $200 as a deposit even though I paid their services COD. I am filing with BBB to

I scheduled to have my vehicle transported from California to Pennsylvania just about 2 weeks before my move. Eugene at MoveWheels was extremely professional and helpful. He kept me updated throughout the entire process- pickup dates and times, drop off options, etc. He quoted me a price upfront and there were no surprise fees at the end. He entertained multiple offers from drivers to ensure I got the best rate and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. He even checked on me a few days later to ensure the transport went smoothly. The driver he hired on my behalf had my vehicle to Virginia in just over 24 hours, which is amazing given it's a 21+ hour drive! SCAM ! SCAM ! SCAM ! They will give you a reasonable quote, act like they're are searching for a driver, then contact you a day or two later saying that the driver has been trying to contact you. Ooops ! The story changes ! "The driver is having vehicle issues" Now they have to "look for a new driver." Ooooops ! The new driver charges way more than your original quote.

I got multiple quotes from different companies, and theirs was $1000 cheaper, I signed their documents and set up a date which was really important, because I don't live there, I had to fly there to ship the cars.
Kelly Shlapak suddently stopped answering and I missed my flight back because she said they did not have anything lined up for me, they stopped answering again and I came back 2 days later with another quote charging me $2000 more, for a different day ... DO NOT RISK IT, if they treat their customers like that, now imagine what they will do to your car.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I've used them twice and had a poor experience both times. I shipped my car from California to Ohio and then back. The first time I had my car shipped we set the date for pick up and they came several days before the requested pick up date (which was very inconvenient). Then when getting the car in Ohio the driver upped the agreed price on us so we couldn't get the keys without paying additional money. I chalked this error up to COVID-19 and potential miscommunication and used this company again 15 months later because at the very least

Had a great experience with BTW! They brought my car faster than anyone else had quoted me & had great customer service. I’ve never shipped a vehicle before so I had a bunch of questions that they were super helpful with. I would definitely recommend them!

I hired this outfit to move a classic car I purchased as a gift to be delivered on a certain date for a big reveal. I was assured time and again they would make the deadline. However, as the date got closer, the seller still hadn't been contacted about pickup. Tomorrow is the big day and the car is still 1800 miles away and no one from the company will call me or give me a status. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

Supposed to have a car delivered from Texas to California yesterday, but the driver never showed. When we did manage to get ahold of someone at "dispatch", they told us the truck had a flat tire, so they couldn't make it to us. Sine you would expect the driver to be relatively close, we offered to go get it from wherever they were, but they would never give us a location.
After MULTIPLE calls today (most of which went unanswered, or were told they would call us back), no one seems to know where our car is.

This driver named Mike canceled my pickup without giving me ANY notice! they never pick up my phone calls nor text, I WAITED ALL NIGHT and morning waiting for him to come pickup my cars, never show up. I had to change my flight the next day for over $320 because the driver failed to show up as promise. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE, VERY UNRELIABLE!!! Company like this should just shut down already

Do not trust these people. We agreed on a $580 fee to deliver my car; today, day of pick up their driver canceled. All of the sudden I'm getting quotes for $1500; $1100; $980; $850; $775; $750 and $651.
Because of the horrible experience I told them I wanted to cancel everything and Grace, the contact person, had to nerve to tell me she would charge me a cancel fee. I flat out told her if she did, I would call my credit company.

I wish I could give them zero star. I cancelled my agreement with Sherpa Auto transport and jumped to movewheels after they PROMISED to do the job some $ 500 cheaper than the sherpas. The deal was done a month before the actual moving. I asked one of their agents, Beverly, if she would make sure my car would be picked up on time, she assured several times to me that their company is super duper trusted and that my car would be shipped to GA from CA ON TIME as promised.

Kenneth at movewheels.com answered all my questions promptly, seemed to understand my concerns, and when an issue arose with the first hauler who was supposed to pick up my car, Kenneth stepped up and found another hauler to do the job for roughly the same price as the original guy *and* within what had become a very tight, make-or-break time frame.
It turns out that shipping a car is a process that involves many moving parts and sometimes they all fall into place, sometimes they don't. My experience did have a hiccup,
