Unlike the other three companies, one called four days later, another called three weeks later, and one never returned my call.

I needed some repairs made on the deck to my house. After calling several contractors and trying to work with very uncommunicative, unprofessional people at other companies, I made contact with Access Property Solutions. I immediately had a time slot for an estimate, they kept me informed ahead of time whenever anything changed with the schedule or project, were very courteous to me personally when they were here, and finished the job on budget at a standard I feel safe inviting people to stand on. I had a wonderful experience with Access Property Solutions! They replaced an area of wood siding, repaired some rotted window sills and caulked my windows. All of the work was very well done. Access Property Solutions did an amazing job repairing the gutters on my home as well as providing me with a free home inspection. With the inspection they found roof damage that I also had repaired by access, saving me a ton of money by not having to have the roof replaced. Would highly recommend them to anyone, and will not hesitate to use them for future repairs on my home!
