Dave and his team restored our 1909 cottage in Mill Valley. We were told by several builders that the home was a tear down because it lacked a concrete foundation. Dave said that it was worth saving as building new would be cost prohibitive.
Dave and his crew rebuilt the home from the ground up including hand building a new concrete foundation. The project was completed on time and surprisingly on my budget.

I called Dave and a few other companies looking for someone who could help us repair a 60 year old eight foot high retaining wall that kept a main street out of our back yard. Two people came over before Dave; they shrugged and sighed and left saying "good luck". Dave came over with ideas and was ready to tackle the project. He had a couple of approaches in mind and said he would know more as he started to dig. Having done projects in Marin before, I assumed I'd get on his list and he'd call me back in a few months when he had time. However, we were in luck because he had

This place has great customer service, which is so rare these days! I called as I was trying to find a faucet assembly for my vintage bathroom sink. I called them because I figured they would have good suppliers given that they do home restoration. Even though I wasn't a client of theirs and just needed help finding a good bathroom faucet seller, they took the time to help me and even said I could call back. Now THAT is customer service. If at any point in time, I need restoration work done in my home, I'll be contacting them. Very good people.
