Love this spot to bring all my nice jackets for dry cleaning. I found this spot easy since it's right next to the nail salon I go to frequently. The owner is very nice and the clothes get done in a timely manner and when I receive the clothes back, it's perfect! I would recommend this dry cleaner for anyone living in the area or not too far from it you won't regret it!

This is the place to go to. I live in Renton and work at SEATAC. I tried a number of cleaners before I found these guys. They are friendly, set expectations (including delay for holiday) and LET YOU KNOW PRICE UP FRONT with a printed receipt. Pricing is good and clothes look great. Highly recommend.

The reviews looked solid, so we tried Ameri Cleaners. Initially I was impressed with the friendliness, but with each subsequent visit, my disappointment grew. Three times we went to pickup at our ticketed pickup time, and our clothes were not ready. I asked why we were not called and received varied explanations. Twice it was a broken boiler. The final time, I dropped off clothing for our Thanksgiving trip. She offered a 5-day pickup but I let her know we were travelling, and would need a day earlier and even agreed to come after 3:00. When I arrived, it wasn't done. Again, I was not called

Strangely rude for someone who wants business. Very inquisitive about why I am using their service, don't I have a washer/dryer, etc. Why would you question me about using your service if you want to be in business? Also really lazy about their wash & fold, folding towels in half doesn't count as folded. Not going back.

Wow!!!!! Please if you live anywhere near Ameri Dry Cleaners - GO. Bring anything you have to them needing drycleaning. I received an education about ECO-Friendly dry cleaning products, and I estimate that Ameri Cleaners saved me about $600 and supported my health 100%.
This is why: The week before I had taken 8 business jackets to a different drycleaner - another cleaner who used something toxic on my jackets. This was a different dry cleaner in Renton and when I picked up my jackets - they had a terrible smell to them. When I brought them home - I simply hung them in my closet thinking

This site doesn't check that their machines don't break buttons. I used them for all of three trips last year and had two broken buttons not replaced. I went to Highlands and was very well treated. Now that he's retired, I tried them again. Nope, broken button in the first couple of trips again, and when we brought the shirt back the next day the response was to blame us and bluster and demonstrate very poor customer service. Three buttons down, and I'm not only moving on again but leaving a warning.

I took a brand new dress that had never been worn - literally it was taken to the tailor the day it arrived and then was taken directly to Ameri Cleaners to be pressed - only to have by brand new never worn dress completely ruined with no explanation. She told me as soon as I came to pick it up that they had found "so many stains - tons of stains." I was in shock. I had tried it on a few times, I had worn it at the tailor both when I dropped it off and picked it up, and there were never any stains. I am absolutely satisfied with this place! I had multiple suits tailored and steam cleaned here. Tram is a true professional in this field and does the job exceptionally well. Customer service is outstanding, greeted with a smile, right away you feel that things will get done right. Price is reasonable, and judged by the outcome, is definitely worth it. Would recommend to anyone who cares about their clothing !

Think twice about going to American cleaners. In my experience not only was I overcharged grossly, but the flat out service was below average. When I used to take my laundry to a cleaner in Seattle they would fold the underwear sort the socks and put things in bags that made sense. I brought over 200 dollars of business to the establishment and when I picked up my clothes they were thrown about senselessly in about 17 plastic bags. I felt that I was taken advantage of.
