Daisy was just wonderful! She had been dealing with my questions, for weeks! As a first time home buyer, I was very confused and unsure of how home insurance worked and I got tons of quotes. Honestly, daisy is the reason why I went with this one! Is is so prompt, didn't matter the time of day she would respond to my emails, txts. In addition, her knowledge was key! Michael and Denise are both super helpful and friendly. We had started the process of getting insurance with another company, but we had problems getting them to return our calls. I was shopping for quotes for our garage keepers policy and received a nice quote from Shannon that we couldn't resist. I decided to get a quote for my personal auto's to compare what I was paying with Geico which I have been with for nineteen years. I was redirected to Daisy. Daisy was so helpful in the process. She answered every question and responded to every email in a timely manner. She sent me the quote for a twelve month policy and to my surprise the quote was about $90 less what I paying out each month to Geico with the same coverage. Trying to close with a lender can be a stressful time during the home buying process. The lender will request all sorts of documents for the underwriting process. In my scenario, our home required flood insurance which can be quite pricey.
