Auto Accents totally botched the aftermarket leather install on my brand-new truck. First, they ordered the wrong parts, then tried to cover it up by manually tearing holes in the underside of the seat cushions to get the vented function to work. You can see a picture below. The job was supposed to take 2 days and they ended up having the truck over 2 weeks over the past 3 months and it is still not right. The promised the factory function of the seats would remain once the job was done which is not the case. They even damaged other trim pieces in the truck that they weren’t even working on.

Just picked my truck after installation of pioneer radio and back up camera. I was a bit concerned because the truck is a 2003. Lee assured me It would look like a factory installation and he was 100% correct. The system he installed works great and the prices are right. Also the gentleman who demonstrated the equipment was excellent. (Cannot remember his name, wish I could to give credit). I certainly would return for any future work .

This place gave me a beautiful start to my day. I had bought a brand new remote for my alarm last week at a different place. Then I noticed when locking my vehicle, it would lock, but it wouldn't show as locked on my remotes led screen. Needless to say that drove me up the wall.
I was told what I would need to order by 3 different techs which was another antenna since it is two way and it wasn't connecting to the new remote. I just bought a new Nissan Rogue and wanted to add leather seats. Previously, I had let the dealership put them in (they all contract the job out). This time I decided to see if I could save a little by taking the car and having the seats done myself. So I started to research and found Auto Accents in Lawrenceville. They had great reviews and was voted Best of Gwinnett in 2016. I called and spoke to Mike. He was very familiar with what I wanted and said they could have the leather seats the very next morning and to bring the car in and leave it which I did. Picked it up around 5:30 pm with

If you just need a simple installation, this is the place but if you need any custom work then forget about this place. They do such a sloppy job and I have to make two trip back. I kept on finding some areas want even put back in place properly. Really have high hope for this place but instead I got a disappointment. Not to mention they are not the friendliest bunch.
