I have a car that's primarily used for out of town drives it's an 06 Chrysler 300 Hemi perfect for me over the road. Preparing to take it back to Texas I brought it here as a referral. The service I thought was good was the thorough diagnostic of them letting me know everything going on with the car, which I addressed due to wanting to be safe taking it back to TX. I got a call that my car was ready, but when I picked it up, the car was still bouncing all over the road worst than it was before I paid 2600 to have it fixed at Jays Auto. I stopped at the mercedes dealer only to find out that my car was actually never fixed at all. The same parts remained on the vehicle and were still broken. When I went to talk to Jay about the issue, instead of him trying to solve the problem, he started yelling and screaming. Then he ran into the shop, got some old parts that don't even go on my car and threw them toward me while cursing and trying to intimidate me. He was

Used Jays for the first time and they have a customer for life. Not much of a car guy so getting my car fixed can be stressful for fear of being cheated. Any apprehension I could of had were gone instantly when I stepped into the shop. The piece of mind of not being taken advantage of is worth it alone, but they're also top notch nice people and easy on the wallet.

Jay's Auto Repair has done several services on my vehicle and they have done a great job every time. Their shop is clean and the staff are professional. I will always come back here. In my opinion Jay's is the best not only is he an honest & good guy, he's professional, respectful and does great work.
