Hello All~ Time flies, we get older and the world changes, either we make a conscious choice to respond authentically to these changes, or as Carl Jung said: "they happen out of perforce and the Universe chooses for us through fate."
My thinking and approach in working with others has been influenced most by the teachings of psychoanalyst Carl Jung, yoga master BKS Iyengar, Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, who authored more than two dozen books on meditative practice, and Fritz Perls, whose therapeutic approach focuses on insights into gestalts in patients and how it shapes their lives.

Mentoring is a practice whose roots are based in Greek methology. Mentor was a friend of Odysseus and tutor of Telemachus. On several occasions in the Odyssey, Athena assumes Mentor's form to give advice to Telemachus or Odysseus. His name is proverbial for a faithful and wise adviser. For more than twenty five years, I have specialized in the treatment of trauma and other chronic conditions.
