I moved to the area, and I wanted to buy local instead of going online. Mitch without a doubt killed my urge to go online because of his knowledge on diamonds and gave you plenty of information that you aren’t reading online. He showed me diamonds and the 5C’s for what I asked. He showed me the difference of where you can sacrifice and where you shouldn’t. He also worked with me via text when I couldn’t escape, that way I could keep this a secret and everything worked out well. Hands down, if I ever need Jewlrey or give a suggestion I would tell them to go to Emblers Jewelers.

I'm still smiling about our visit last week. We went in with a laundry list of things to have done, only one that I would think would be fun for the staff (purchasing a new necklace). After 2 and a half hours with Mitch, we left with smiles, all of our tasks being addressed, a lovely necklace, and a confident feeling that we had found our new hometown jeweler.

A nightmare from start to finish. I dropped one of my vintage watches on the ground and the crystal shattered. It's a very simple mechanical watch from overseas that I was fond of. The date window looked fine and all I could see was only the crystal had shattered. I brought it to Emblers hoping to get it fixed quickly. They don't do any watch repairs in house and told me they'd have to ship it to a watch specialist to get a quote and to get it fixed. The cost of shipping even before the quote seemed high but I said yes since I was in a rush to get it fixed.

Embler's is awesome. After getting engaged, I called a lot of different jewelers asking about getting my ring resized and was getting estimates for a week to a month. I saw the great reviews for Embler's on google so gave them a call, and they were able to get my ring back to me in three days! I was so happy with their service that I brought my mom's old engagement ring to them and had the stones placed into a pendant setting. They got it done quickly so that I had it back before Christmas, and it looks great. I highly recommend them!

Mitch is amazing! My now fiance and went to numerous stores throughout Charleston and mount Pleasant looking for the perfect diamond and jewler to make a custom ring. After shopping all around we found Mitch, he shipped in several diamonds to show us and crafted the perfect ring. He was timely, professional, and had fair prices. We will be returning for future purchases!
