I have 20inch rims with low pro tires. I somehow got a flat, which ended up bending/cracking my rims.
I need a basic doughnut/rim to use so that I can drive on the freeway to pick up my daughter....
...I was referred here by my tire guy...
Came by, and had the worst experience.
Wasn't greeted. Stood in the doorway for 5min while everyone just seemingly passed on by.
After 5min, dude behind the counter finally asks "what do you need".
Explained my situation... and his instant reply was "I can't help you I throw all of those away."... as he turned back to his computer

This is a review for the alignment services
This place was recommended to me 5 years ago and I still take both my cars here when I need my alignment. To save yourself from frustration, you need to expect at least a 2 hour wait if you don't come near opening hours. Theres a reason for that..they do your alignment the right way and have earned their credibility. There's times where I wait less, way less, but there's also times where I wait longer. Weekends are hectic. Came in at 9 on a Monday & was told hour and a half and was out in an hour and 20 minutes. Steering wheel went

Talked to a guy that works there about an alignment and he gave me an annoyed face with a big sigh because i asked him a question about something i wasn't sure about. Not good customer service at all from his part. I left because it was too busy today Sunday but will maybe give it another try just hoping i don't get greeted by that guy again (didn't get his name)

Got my AC installed here about a year ago never worked used the wrong fittings never swapped out old filter
One bolt came loose on the freeway belt was way to big for the car for having it for almost a month to drive out and have no working ac !! Wont recommend for AC services had to go somewhere else and get it done right

Just come here for tires... service ain't that great especially the guy in the front desk with his attitude and no experience with car parts whatsoever, charging me extra for car parts that my car didn't even need, like new brakes and shocks and a rack pinion..(actual problem was just a worn suspension component) so unprofessional don't even bother coming here...

CAME TO THIS LOCATION FROM RIVERSIDE TO GET AN ALIGNMENT FOE MY TRUCK HAD MY FAMILY IN THE CAR EDGAR TOOK US IN RIGHT AWAY THEY DIDN’T MAKE US WAIT AT ALL EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD A COUPLE CARS AHEAD OF ME WE WERE IN AND OUT FAST!! PRICES ARE AFFORDABLE, WOULD 100% RECOMMEND TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS

The wife and I ordered a set of four tires like around 10 in the morning today. They told us that the tires would be ordered and onsite at 3pm. We got there at 3 and the tires were not there, tires arrived around 3:30 and it was a pair of four it was very easy all they need to do was change the tire to do an alignment it would have been done 20 to 30-minute job unfortunately it took them almost four hours to do that while we waited in the lobby I saw multiple cars skipping in front of me to the alignment machine and my car was just dangling in the list for 3 hours then I have to wait another

My kid hit a brick planter and pictured her tire.
I took tire off , threw in back of my car and carried into 7 day tire.
The guy at desk took it out of my hands and gave it back to me with new tire on it in 5 min !
Great service and answered a lug question I had.
Can't imagine a better tire experience.
Highly recommended

CROOKS alert!!!
I got 4 set of ties with 40k warrenty and did alignment by thier mechanics. Few months after two of the tiers worn out (front and back was different types!!!!) So when I asked for using the warrenty they reject and wanted me to buy two new tires from them!!!!( the picture attached showing the tires after only 7 months driving)
Yes perhaps they "got me" and I never step in thier shop again but they won't go far as I tell the story to all reviewers online before try this shop!

Got out in about 1.5 hr. (That's really good for no appt!)
Front desk guy was awesome, did exactly what I asked with no issues with my alignment when I left.
I've never used 7DTC before but I purchased the lifetime alignment plan because its a one stop shop for my alignment, tires and wheels in the future.
