The service truly sucks. They don't show up for scheduled appointments nor do they call to let you know that they are not coming. I have to call them everytime their employees don't show and of course they always have excuses. They do not take their clients complaints seriously. Instead of having a set schedule with a steady caregiver there has been a different worker everytime they have managed to show up. I canceled a doctors appt just so I could be home for them to come and they were a no call/no show. Had to call them. Told them I canceled an appt and the woman acted as though it
