Bought the top up, bottom down blinds about 5 years ago. Absolutely love them. They give the privacy needed, plus they look great and insulate the windows too. The service offered by Olympic Blinds has been outstanding . They are wonderful to do business with. Always friendly and helpful. So glad we purchased through them.

We placed our order for whole house blinds on August 4th 2021 understanding that the turnaround would be approximately three weeks.
On October 14th our blinds
were finally installed after two month's of waiting for blinds to arrive.
Realizing these are different time's we are living in right now with the problems presented by the Covid epidemic we were not real concerned about the delay in installation.
Shipping problems, manufacturing problems and staffing problems were taken into consideration.

I called to make an appointment. Three weeks went by and i called again. She had not passed along my info. Gavin then came out and measured, called me with a bid. Then he called me back saying I wuld have to rent a machine do install the shade on my skylight. He then said he would talk to his boss and see if they could pick up this machine and he would call me back. He never called me back. What poor customer service.

These people are horrible. We had 15 windows and a sliding door. The young man started at 1:00pm and had trouble with almost every window because their lady measured wrong. Then he didn't finish and packed up at 4:30pm. So due to it being Friday now we have to wait till sometime next week for them to come back and finish. We are moving in this weekend. I would NOT recommend them. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the man here has been nice and polite the entire time.

Olympic blinds did a great job on our custom order (large sliding glass door covering). From selection to installation, the process was extremely smooth. Brian and his crew have been great. Steve from Northwest Realty suggested checking them out. I did shop him a little but being local is always a plus for me especially when it comes to support after the purchase. However, his prices and quality put him easily over the top. He worked through several visits to get us to where we needed to be on budget but also was able accommodate other needs. Highly recommend Olympic Blinds to anyone who asks and to personal friends. Easy choice to do so.

I received a great value for what I paid! The shades are beautiful, add insulation, and go well with my home. Kathryn helped me pick out a great fabric and color. I’m so glad I opted to have the blinds installed too. Rob was meticulous, clean, educational, and professional. There is no way I could have installed the blinds like he did. Overall a great experience, and I’m happy I supported a local business.

Yes we're in the middle of COVID bit seriously, no communication at all. We've had to call every 2 weeks for several months to get a status. Still waiting for the blinds. I always prefer to deal with local small businesses but I have received more communication from big box stores. If customer service is important to you...I'd think twice.

I got 2 quotes for the blinds I wanted installed. Olympic blinds beat the corporatey store by $500.

Terrible customer service. This review is from my parents....
"Have left several messages... Then finally after months and four different messages left, we received a call back. Only to have a no-show for the appointment and no courtesy call.
