Services
LPNs, CNAs and other employees are bargaining unit; RNs, Nursing & Dietary Floats are non-bargaining unit. RNs are considered mid-management. No deductions for PRN staff. No benefit option raises pay for CNAs to $12.94 per hour and LPNs to $20.18 per hour. We offer PRN CNA and PRN LPN options at the same rates without union dues/IMRF deductions.
Please call our main number (309)-289-2338 to inform staff of your delivery. Visitors are still not allowed indoors at this time. If you are delivering items or visiting a resident outside, please call ahead to let staff know. We are not accepting any donations at this time. You may call ahead and ask Tammie Leaf if she is willing to accept, however at this time no donations will be accepted.
Our main goal is to make the dining experience a pleasant and enjoyable time for residents. Three meals a day are served with our alternative menu offered at any time. In addition to this, snacks are distributed to all wings throughout the day. We love to see families and friends come out and celebrate birthdays and other special times with residents.
The Memory Care Unit is committed to the provision of the most dignified, respectful, and highest quality long-term care for residents with Alzheimer's disease or other related dementias. We believe that the development of a safe, home-like environment, coupled with individually designed therapeutic programming, are the cornerstone to achievement of our goal.

Everything is fine and they will work with you and copy all of your paper work and THEN STORE IT IN THE BASEMENT (supposedly)- then they send a bill saying no we are sorry we didn't know we were waiting for Medicaid- THEY TOOK COPIES OF IT!! Now the bill is in PRIVATE PAY instead of waiting for Medicaid (WHICH WE WERE TOLD WOULD TAKE 90 days) because their accounting person- WHO IS NEVER THERE WHEN WE CALL- is too lazy to go to the basement where my father's "physical folder is...Bunch of CROCK.... PLUS HOW RUDE THE ACCOUNTING DEPT IS.... after we have lost a loved one. Says it takes 6 months for
